Start your week with intention. Our Sunday morning yoga and meditation sessions combine gentle flow yoga with guided mindfulness meditation, creating a holistic practice that nourishes both body and mind.

Session Structure

The 90-minute session begins with 10 minutes of breathwork (pranayama) to calm the nervous system and center attention. This transitions into 60 minutes of gentle-to-moderate hatha yoga flow, closing with 20 minutes of guided meditation and savasana.

Who Is It For?

These sessions welcome practitioners of all levels from complete beginners to advanced yogis. Props (blocks, straps, bolsters) are provided, and our instructors offer personalized modifications throughout the class.
